After shaking of the hands, they got in a huddle and Srikanth Anirudha led the side to the victory song, sang happily be each member of the side. Shows the kind of team-spirit around in the camp. Meanwhile, spare a thought for the Warriors side, who played fantastically well in the tournament but were outplayed today by the eventual winners Chennai.

Ravichandran Ashwin is the Man of the Series for bagging 13 wickets in the competition. He said it was a good tournament for him and is happy that it came along with the CLT20 title for his side. After that super-over loss, he went through that match, rectified the errors and came back strongly. The next match was the best of his life so far. He was also very happy to be bowling alongside Muttiah Muralidaran and providing him a fight with the overall wickets tally.

Murali Vijay is the Man of the Match. He said it was a dicey score and if you lose early wickets, it could get tricky but they were looking to play their natural game, which they did in the end. The wicket was easy and he was happy with the way things spanned out for their side today.
